Set in New York, East Harlem (El Barrio), 1969: The city is in turmoil. Riots in 67, with many Municipalities striking, teachers, sanitation and the morale of the police force was extremely low. No other time in history has New York ever been more volatile.

Born into violence, two brothers lead separate yet equally brutal lives as they try to run from the very thing they’ll never escape – themselves. In their family, in their flesh, lay sins that go back for generations. Those sins were never paid for and inherited behavioral traits have dictated their life’s direction.
